We use personal information to operate the Services, coordinate your transactions with admins and licensed professionals, run CREdili Counsel AI on documents you upload, communicate with you, prevent fraud, and comply with legal obligations. We do not sell personal information.

• Your deal team — admins, attorneys, title, and third-party service providers you engage through the workspace.
• Vendors — hosting, analytics, e-signature, and communication providers under confidentiality obligations.
• Legal — where required by law, subpoena, or to protect rights and safety.

5. Retention

We keep transaction records for as long as needed to service the deal and to meet legal, tax, and audit obligations. You may request deletion of information not subject to a retention duty.
